THE TRUST DEED OUTLINES THE MANNER IN WHICH THE GROUP INSURANCE PLAN WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE TRUSTEES AS WELL AS THE POWERS OF THE TRUSTEES AND THE EXECUTIVE VIS-A-VIS THE OPERATION/TERMINATION OF THE TRUST.

THE TRUST DEED ALSO PROVIDES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TRUST FUND AND THE USE OF THAT FUND.  THE FUND IS AUDITED EACH YEAR AND A REPORT GIVEN TO THE EXECUTIVE.

THE TRUSTEES USUALLY MEET 2 – 4 TIMES A YEAR TO CONDUCT THE BUSINESS OF THE GROUP PLAN.

JOHNSON INCORPORATED IS THE ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE PEITF PLAN.  JOHNSON INCORPORATED PROVIDES THE MONTHLY BILLING, COLLECT AND DISTRIBUTE THE PREMIUMS AND PROVIDES CONSULTATIVE SERVICES TO THE TRUSTEES.

JOHNSON INC. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENTS OF CLAIMS FOR THE HEALTH AND DENTAL PLAN ON BEHALF OF ATLANTIC BLUE CROSS CARE.

PATRICK MACFADYEN ACTS AS THE LIAISON FOR THE PLAN AND WORKS WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR, TRUSTEES AND TEACHERS.
